- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 5 oz fresh spinach
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Steps
