Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease with cooking spray
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla until well combined
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined
- Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to overmix
- Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
- Allow muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
