  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas and melted coconut oil
  3. Mix in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well combined
  4. Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture, and mix well
