Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat pita breads
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Spread tomato sauce evenly over each pita bread
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce
  4. Add diced bell peppers, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped spinach, and sliced olives
