Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes
- In a bowl, combine heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper
- Mash the steamed cauliflower and mix it with the cheese mixture until well combined
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden
