
Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Steps
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender
- Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender
- Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup
- Transfer the mousse into serving bowls or cups
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with fresh berries or nuts
