Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice
