Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, juiced

Steps
