Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
Steps
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with paprika, salt, and pepper
- Cook the shrimp until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside
