Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes
  3. In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper
