Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas and applesauce
  3. Stir in honey and vanilla extract until well mixed
  4. Add rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; mix until combined
  5. Fold in raisins if using
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  7. Flatten each cookie slightly with a fork
