Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Steps
- Whisk together eggs and milk in a bowl
- Add salt and pepper to the egg mixture
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat
