Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Steps

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat
  3. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through
