Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach, fresh
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Steps
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat
- Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through
