Ingredients

- 1 onion, chopped

- 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
