Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons (juiced)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper
  3. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken on one side of a baking sheet
