Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. In a bowl, mix together spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through
