Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
  3. Cook chicken in the skillet until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside
