Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, broccoli florets, cheese, milk, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  3. Mix everything until well combined
  4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and pour the mixture into it
  5. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly on top
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving
