Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes
  3. In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
  4. Add the steamed cauliflower to the cheese mixture and stir until well coated
