  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, salt, and pepper
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them
