Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Steps
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
- In a large bowl, combine halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika
- Toss the mixture until Brussels sprouts are well coated
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking
- After 15 minutes, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and sprouts are crispy
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly
- Serve warm as a side dish or snack
