- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Steps
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown
- While the bread toasts, fill a pot with water and bring it to a simmer
- Crack each egg into a small bowl, then gently slide them into the simmering water one at a time
