Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach, fresh
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil for garnish
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side
- Remove shrimp and set aside
- In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer
