Mini Veggie Pizzas

Fun and easy mini pizzas topped with colorful veggies, perfect for kids!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of whole wheat pita bread
  • 1 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup of spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of black olives, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Place pita bread on a baking sheet
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each pita
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce
  5. Add diced bell peppers, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped spinach, and sliced olives on each pita
  6. Sprinkle dried oregano over the toppings
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes
  9. Cut into wedges and serve warm
