
Mini Veggie Pizzas

Fun and easy mini pizzas topped with colorful veggies, perfect for kids!
Ingredients
- 1 package of whole wheat pita bread
- 1 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup of spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup of black olives, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Place pita bread on a baking sheet
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each pita
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce
- Add diced bell peppers, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped spinach, and sliced olives on each pita
- Sprinkle dried oregano over the toppings
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes
- Cut into wedges and serve warm
