Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup cucumber sticks

Steps

  1. Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla
  2. Layer shredded carrots on the hummus
  3. Add a handful of baby spinach on top of the carrots
  4. Place sliced bell peppers in a line across each wrap
  5. Add cucumber sticks to each wrap for crunch
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other
  7. Slice the wraps into pinwheels or halves
  8. Serve with extra hummus for dipping
