Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper
  3. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade
  4. Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet and place the marinated chicken on top
